The Fourth Annual Academic Conference on Corporate Governance will be held at the Drexel University's LeBow College of Business on Friday, April 1, 2011. The conference features theoretical and empirical research related to corporate governance with a slight preference to research related to that of this year's honoree, Steven Kaplan.

Steven Neil Kaplan, the Neubauer Family Professor of Entrepreneurship and Finance at University of Chicago will receive our award for outstanding contributions to research in corporate governance and present the keynote speech at Friday's luncheon. Previous recipients were Michael Jensen, Rene Stulz and Andrei Shleifer.

The registration fee for this conference is $125.
